Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales targets for new business within designated regions and product lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and consultants to generate ongoing quote requests
- Proactively seek out and engage new prospects among small to mid-sized employer groups
- Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and proposals that address client-specific needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient quoting, underwriting, and client onboarding
- Keep CRM systems updated with precise records of sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts
- Remain informed about industry developments, competitive products, and regulatory updates related to level-funded and ICHRA plans
