Gravie is hiring a Sales Executive (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for Oregon or Washington

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets for new business within designated regions and product lines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and consultants to generate ongoing quote requests
  • Proactively seek out and engage new prospects among small to mid-sized employer groups
  • Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and proposals that address client-specific needs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient quoting, underwriting, and client onboarding
  • Keep CRM systems updated with precise records of sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts
  • Remain informed about industry developments, competitive products, and regulatory updates related to level-funded and ICHRA plans
