Gravie is hiring a Sales Executive (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for Arizona

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets for new business within the designated region and product categories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and consultants to generate ongoing quote requests.
  • Seek out and engage new prospects among small to mid-sized employer groups.
  • Present customized product demonstrations and proposals that address specific client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient quoting, underwriting, and client onboarding.
  • Keep comprehensive, up-to-date records of sales pipelines, activities, and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, competitive products, and regulatory shifts impacting level-funded and ICHRA solutions.
