Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to shape and grow territory strategy for increased sales performance
- Oversee a portfolio of key accounts ranked in the top 100 regionally, typically generating over 100K in annual revenue
- Create formalized growth plans for each account to achieve a 20% yearly increase across the account base
- Align service offerings with client requirements to enhance value delivery
- Engage in relevant industry groups tied to major client sectors
- Conduct market and client analysis, lead generation, and professional networking
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen brand positioning for target accounts
- Coordinate internally to promote cross-divisional sales within Consumer Product segments
- Represent the company at trade events and industry exhibitions
- Design and deliver tailored client presentations
- Track and manage quotes, orders, and lead pipelines
- Produce sales forecasts, reports, and manage proposal processes including follow-up
- Keep the sales database accurate and up to date
- Perform additional duties as needed
