About the Role
The individual will serve as a bridge between technical teams and sales, providing expert product knowledge, responding to client inquiries, and supporting deal execution through solution design and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements
- Design customized solutions based on customer needs
- Respond to technical inquiries during the sales cycle
- Conduct live product demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects
- Translate customer business challenges into technical implementations
- Support RFP and RFQ processes with accurate technical details
- Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Assist in defining integration approaches for client systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities
- Troubleshoot pre-sales technical issues
- Document solution architectures for proposed deployments
- Coordinate with engineering for custom feature requests
- Ensure alignment between sales proposals and technical feasibility
- Participate in customer onboarding discussions
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or capital markets
- Understanding of brokerage or order execution systems
- Hands-on experience with developer tools and SDKs
- Prior work with API-first platforms
- Exposure to regulatory environments in financial services
