Responsibilities
- Lead technical conversations and live demonstrations to highlight solution capabilities, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns.
- Develop technical materials that help customers adopt and expand specific implementations of the platform.
- Work closely with sales teams to interpret client needs and map them to solution features that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Support Proof of Concepts by offering technical direction, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Advise customers on how to connect the solution with their current technology environment.
- Gather and communicate product feedback and customer requirements to internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Partner with customer success teams to support expansion opportunities, renewals, and long-term growth.
- Lead or contribute to initiatives that require coordination across departments such as engineering, sales, and marketing.
