About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Sales Engineer to serve as a key interface between sales and product teams. You will deliver compelling demos, lead product evaluations, and translate complex AI and data concepts for enterprise customers. This role offers the chance to work alongside industry veterans in a fast-paced, learning-rich environment to help organizations solve real-world problems.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver in-depth, engaging product demos that showcase the platform's capabilities to prospects and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage product evaluations, ensuring success criteria are met and clients are fully supported.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback, identify bugs, and influence the product roadmap.
  • Provide consultative support to clients by using a deep understanding of the product and broader tech ecosystem to propose effective solutions.
  • Simplify and communicate complex AI and data analytics concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Enable and empower customer teams to champion the solution internally.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in enterprise environments in Sales Engineering, Consulting, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and web application architecture.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions with clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
  • Demonstrated initiative in driving product, process, or team improvements in past roles.
  • Enthusiasm for dynamic startup environments and openness to experimentation and learning.
  • Strong business acumen and polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
