Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client-specific use cases
- Collaborate with account executives to identify customer needs
- Translate technical features into measurable business outcomes
- Support the creation of proof-of-concept environments
- Respond to technical inquiries during procurement processes
- Participate in RFP and RFQ responses with technical documentation
- Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Assist in defining solution architectures for enterprise deployments
- Present technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Evaluate competitor offerings and articulate differentiators
- Guide customers through security and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during pre-sales phases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmap and updates
- Coordinate with professional services for post-sale transitions
- Support trial deployments and ensure technical validation
- Document customer configurations and technical requirements
- Participate in industry events and technical conferences
- Develop custom scripts or configurations for demos
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and technical capabilities
- Assist in training partners and resellers on solution features
