Responsibilities
- Embody and promote core company values such as customer focus, long-term thinking, inclusivity, teamwork, and continuous learning across global teams.
- Develop deep technical expertise in product offerings that integrate advanced technologies like IoT, artificial intelligence, and computer vision for operational efficiency.
- Communicate clearly how similar organizations leverage the platform to overcome industry-specific challenges and improve performance.
- Produce and lead key technical sales activities including needs assessments, product demonstrations, value analyses, and proof-of-concept deployments.
- Guide implementation teams by outlining optimal installation methods and supporting the creation of comprehensive rollout strategies.
- Create practical code solutions using the open API to address operational challenges in critical service sectors, and share them with peers.
- Strengthen client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, enabling opportunities for expanded integrations, upgrades, and additional product adoption.
- Bridge engineering and sales functions by conveying technical insights from customers and identifying suitable participants for early-access programs.
