Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to convey the platform’s strategic vision and value to clients.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to strengthen technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Conduct product and technical demonstrations for prospective and current clients across various industries.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and product development for feature feedback and requests.
- Support clients during trial phases and onboarding, troubleshooting obstacles they encounter.
- Apply innovative thinking to resolve diverse technical issues that arise during customer engagement.
