Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive expertise in all Dedrone technology platforms and solutions
- Deliver clear and persuasive business and technical presentations using strong verbal and written communication
- Engage in technical discussions with IT leaders, including CIOs, as well as partner executives and technical teams
- Establish and maintain clear expectations with both customers and internal team members
- Offer initial technical support during the pre-sales phase for active opportunities
- Stay organized and proactively resolve sales barriers by adapting creatively to dynamic conditions
- Build strategic relationships with key partners to expand reach within their client networks
- Respond professionally to customer requests for proposals and information inquiries
- Position technology effectively in comparison to competing solutions
- Represent the company’s products, values, and brand in customer interactions and at industry events, conferences, and tech summits
- Lead proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives, including coordinating logistics, understanding customer goals, customizing tests, and guiding setup
- Enhance or create technical documentation to improve clarity and usability for customers and partners
- Collect customer feature requests and relay feedback to Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Marketing
- Prepare Statements of Work for Professional Services to support formal quotations
- Complete additional tasks and projects as needed
