Axon is hiring a Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive expertise in all Dedrone technology platforms and solutions
  • Deliver clear and persuasive business and technical presentations using strong verbal and written communication
  • Engage in technical discussions with IT leaders, including CIOs, as well as partner executives and technical teams
  • Establish and maintain clear expectations with both customers and internal team members
  • Offer initial technical support during the pre-sales phase for active opportunities
  • Stay organized and proactively resolve sales barriers by adapting creatively to dynamic conditions
  • Build strategic relationships with key partners to expand reach within their client networks
  • Respond professionally to customer requests for proposals and information inquiries
  • Position technology effectively in comparison to competing solutions
  • Represent the company’s products, values, and brand in customer interactions and at industry events, conferences, and tech summits
  • Lead proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives, including coordinating logistics, understanding customer goals, customizing tests, and guiding setup
  • Enhance or create technical documentation to improve clarity and usability for customers and partners
  • Collect customer feature requests and relay feedback to Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Marketing
  • Prepare Statements of Work for Professional Services to support formal quotations
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as needed
