Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting during product selection and validation phases
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product line enhancements and updates
  • Work with manufacturing to ensure design feasibility
  • Review customer drawings and system layouts for compatibility
  • Deliver presentations on technical features and benefits
  • Track and report on technical support activities
  • Assist in creating custom configurations for specialized applications
  • Evaluate competitor offerings to inform positioning strategies
  • Support contract negotiations with technical clarifications
