Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new and existing clients into sales opportunities.
- Achieve or surpass yearly sales goals within designated accounts and geographic area.
- Travel frequently to conduct client consultations, assess requirements, and gather data for quotes and proposals.
- Stay actively involved in end-to-end projects, product demonstrations, and client initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques, and engage in trade shows and industry groups.
- Develop and maintain strong expertise in water and wastewater systems and the company’s product offerings.
- Use CRM software to track all sales outreach and customer interactions.
- Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product functionality and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to confirm equipment compatibility with system needs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand market needs and provide support when required.
- Obtain customer orders, ensure compliance with product specifications, and oversee delivery timelines.
- Build trust and strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Plan and propose product adjustments to align with evolving customer requirements.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to product operation and performance.
- Suggest upgraded or alternative products to clients, highlighting cost-efficiency and performance advantages.

- Remote role with requirement to be located in Oklahoma for territory travel.
- Infrequent out of state travel for training and sales meetings with manufacturers.
- Must be comfortable traveling in Oklahoma.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Attend product and selling skills seminars.
