About the Role

The position involves working closely with sales teams and customers to provide technical expertise during the sales process, ensuring proposed solutions meet client requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for customer needs
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical proposals
  • Prepare detailed system designs and layouts for lifting equipment
  • Provide technical support during all stages of the sales cycle
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients
  • Assist in sizing and selecting appropriate machinery for specific applications
  • Review engineering drawings and specifications with clients
  • Coordinate with engineering departments to finalize designs
  • Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and customers
  • Support pricing and quotation processes with technical input
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Participate in site assessments and customer visits
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and innovations
  • Work with third-party suppliers and integrators when necessary
  • Assist in preparing bid documents for large projects
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges during pre-sales phases
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams
  • Support training sessions for customers or distributors
  • Track and document technical discussions and decisions
  • Use CRM tools to manage technical sales activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales tools and processes
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation
  • Promote value-added services alongside equipment sales
