Hire Hangar is hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Specialist ( SDR Team Lead)

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new SDR team members in outbound sales techniques, software tools, and standard operating procedures
  • Provide ongoing coaching to SDRs and SDR team leads in call performance, messaging effectiveness, and handling objections
  • Develop and update clear, practical training resources, including playbooks and learning management system modules
  • Ensure consistent adherence to lead management protocols, outreach sequences, and CRM usage standards
  • Track SDR performance metrics and deliver focused coaching or retraining as needed
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with key performance indicators and pipeline targets
