Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new SDR team members in outbound sales techniques, software tools, and standard operating procedures
- Provide ongoing coaching to SDRs and SDR team leads in call performance, messaging effectiveness, and handling objections
- Develop and update clear, practical training resources, including playbooks and learning management system modules
- Ensure consistent adherence to lead management protocols, outreach sequences, and CRM usage standards
- Track SDR performance metrics and deliver focused coaching or retraining as needed
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with key performance indicators and pipeline targets
