Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing sales enablement initiatives to improve team efficiency, revenue outcomes, and standardized sales processes
- Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-departmental partners to introduce new tools, programs, and strategic efforts
- Ensure transparent, unified, and timely messaging of enablement plans while emphasizing core business goals
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators for enablement activities, offering data-driven suggestions for improvement
- Build and deliver adaptable training curricula for internal sales staff and external partners, aligned with organizational and market-entry goals
- Lead training and onboarding sessions for new initiatives, product changes, and strategic updates
- Manage the full lifecycle of sales content, including development, structure, governance, revisions, version tracking, and retirement
- Enhance SharePoint resources to improve access, user experience, and utilization of sales materials
- Support Account Executives in critical client interactions to ensure effective adoption of programs
- Create and update sales playbooks, procedural documents, and internal messaging to maintain execution consistency
- Travel a minimum of 25% of the time
- Attend at least four market events each year
- Perform additional tasks as required, based on skills and training background
