Responsibilities
- Carry a personal sales target focused on key strategic enterprise CFD clients.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes including initial discovery, proof of concept, value assessment, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior technical leaders such as CTOs, Chief Engineers, and department heads in Aero, Thermal, and Structures.
- Supervise and guide a team of Account Executives to achieve performance goals.
- Foster a sales environment grounded in data with accurate forecasting and clear KPI tracking.
- Create and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Flow360 product.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to align product development with customer demands.
