About the Role

Lead and scale a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets through effective coaching, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Coach team members to improve performance and close rates
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust tactics based on data insights
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales capacity
  • Refine sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Lead regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Forecast revenue accurately each quarter
  • Drive adoption of CRM tools and ensure data integrity
  • Serve as a key advisor in shaping go-to-market strategy
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including customer success and product
  • Identify market opportunities and adjust positioning accordingly
  • Manage territory planning and account segmentation
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales methodologies
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmap and competitive landscape
  • Support executive-level negotiations for strategic deals
  • Drive customer retention and expansion within existing accounts
  • Evaluate and implement new sales technologies and tools
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential
