Responsibilities
- Create and manage the regional sales strategy and yearly plan to align with company goals
- Support the local sales team by joining or leading client and prospect discussions, and involving additional internal experts as needed
- Work closely on identifying sales opportunities, managing pipelines, refining forecasts, and improving business processes
- Guide, train, and grow the sales team across all functions to achieve top-tier performance
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategies that support business targets
- Oversee consistent messaging and marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Lead the execution and enforcement of sales policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain revenue-driving relationships with key partners at both regional and national levels

Responsibilities
- Develop and responsible for Northeast sales strategy and annual sales plan to support delivery of organizational strategy and objectives
- Provide support to New England sales team by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings and/or engaging other corporate resources as required
- Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts and business efficiencies
- Coach, mentor and develop the sales team in all aspects to build to the highest performing team
- Partner with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies to meet the organization’s goals
- Ensure communications and collateral are coordinated and represent the GuidePoint Security brand
- Direct implementation of sales policies and practices
- Build revenue generating relationships with all key partners at the local and national level
