Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen a consistent sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, strategic outreach, and account-based networking.
- Utilize personal networks alongside sales technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and deliver targeted, value-driven sales messaging.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by executing structured sales campaigns using a measurable methodology (MEDDICC).
- Clearly communicate the status and progression of sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while guiding deals from initial contact to close.
- Act as a solutions advisor by analyzing industry trends in security and productivity, understanding enterprise pain points, and aligning digital transformation strategies with customer-specific needs.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product and underlying technology to confidently articulate its value to senior business, engineering, and security stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events to represent the company and support lead generation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of direct enterprise SaaS sales experience across two or more sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, metals & mining, or energy.
- Proven ability to sell effectively in the UK and Continental Europe, with a focus on UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and Spain.
- Experience selling enterprise platform solutions and independently creating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals within direct sales environments.
- Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and clearly communicate value propositions aligned with customer priorities.
- Skilled in managing communications across multiple stakeholders and driving the full sales lifecycle independently.
- Authentic interest in technology and a commitment to the company's mission and product vision.
- Exceptional communication abilities, including verbal and written expression, active listening, negotiation, and presentation.
