About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales development representatives on the night shift
- Develop and implement outbound strategies to generate qualified leads
- Monitor team performance using key metrics and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with team members
- Ensure adherence to outreach protocols and sales processes
- Track and report on team KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and appointments set
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development initiatives
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as primary point of contact for night shift operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Promote a high-energy, results-driven team culture
- Onboard and train new team members during evening and overnight hours
- Stay updated on product offerings and market trends
