doitintl is hiring a Sales Development Representative, US (PerfectScale & SELECT)

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting using automated and manual outreach methods to meet daily and monthly pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, account focus, and feedback to enhance pipeline quality.
  • Support the development of outbound strategies by identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Design, execute, and refine multi-channel outreach campaigns at scale using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Manage the full outbound process, from in-depth account research to securing qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Work with leadership to improve messaging, outreach scripts, and multi-channel tactics to increase conversion rates and overall outbound performance.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive value propositions to technical stakeholders while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product and service offerings.
