About the Role

This role focuses on generating qualified sales opportunities by researching prospects, initiating contact through calls and emails, and setting meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, metrics-driven, and eager to build foundational sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns
  • Conduct outbound calls and email sequences to potential clients
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and challenges
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the account executive team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Research industry trends and target market segments
  • Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification targets
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance
  • Use sales tools and technology to track outreach efforts
  • Adhere to established sales processes and workflows
  • Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness
  • Support the development of outreach templates and sequences
  • Respond to prospect inquiries with professionalism
  • Stay updated on product features and value propositions
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Escalate qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust tactics as needed
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights from the field
