Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Research industry trends and target market segments
- Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification targets
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance
- Use sales tools and technology to track outreach efforts
- Adhere to established sales processes and workflows
- Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness
- Support the development of outreach templates and sequences
- Respond to prospect inquiries with professionalism
- Stay updated on product features and value propositions
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Escalate qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust tactics as needed
- Contribute to team meetings with insights from the field
