About the Role

The Sales Development Representative will lead outbound lead generation using email, phone, and LinkedIn to schedule demos with qualified technical prospects. This role fills the sales pipeline by securing qualified meetings and works closely with sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams to support scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting using both automated and manual outreach methods to meet daily and monthly pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, account selection, and feedback to enhance pipeline quality.
  • Contribute to improving outbound processes by identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns at scale using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Manage the full outbound cycle, from in-depth account research to successfully booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Work with leadership to refine messaging, calling scripts, and outreach strategies across channels to increase conversion rates.
  • Clearly articulate value propositions to technical stakeholders and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.
  • Stay informed about the latest product, service, and solution updates.
  • Be available for occasional travel as needed
