About the Role

This role focuses on initiating contact with prospective customers, qualifying interest, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data and communication tools to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound communication to potential clients via email and phone
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and lead sourcing
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess customer needs
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Follow up with prospects according to defined processes
  • Use sales tools to track performance and engagement metrics
  • Adhere to established sales scripts and messaging guidelines
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings
  • Respond to initial customer inquiries promptly
  • Develop understanding of product features and value propositions
  • Contribute to lead nurturing campaigns
  • Escalate qualified opportunities to account executives
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
  • Coordinate with customer success for onboarding insights
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies
  • Support A/B testing of outreach content
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and conversion rates
  • Engage prospects on social and professional networks
