Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience
  • Previous experience in the HVAC industry is required
  • Strong understanding of HVAC services, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, or related markets
  • Experience using outbound tools such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, Apollo, or HubSpot Sequences
  • Experience making cold calls and running outbound outreach campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to personalize messaging and conduct professional prospect outreach
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

  • U.S. client business hours (aligned with prospect time zones and outreach cadences)
  • 60–100 daily outbound touchpoints across multiple channels
  • Make 30–40 cold calls per day using structured outreach and objection-handling frameworks
