Belkins is hiring a Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling using a power dialer across 3 to 6 concurrent client initiatives
  • Manage real-time objections during calls and guide conversations toward confirmed appointments
  • Monitor connect rates and call-to-meeting conversions, reporting performance concerns early to the Account Strategist
  • Take ownership of all inbound responses from automated email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Respond to prospect replies within 4 to 8 working hours and nurture leads until booking readiness
  • Address written objections, drive for next steps, and secure confirmed meetings from digital interactions
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and distribute meeting details to the team through Slack
  • Track key performance indicators including connect rate, reply rate, and conversion rate per project
  • Provide structured input to research, content, and outreach teams to enhance lead quality and messaging effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and deliver actionable weekly summaries to the Account Strategist
