Role Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Nordic Markets focuses on cultivating new business opportunities through strategic identification, engagement, and qualification of potential clients. Serving as the primary initial contact for prospective customers, this role is essential in developing a robust sales pipeline for field sales professionals. The representative will employ innovative outreach techniques to connect with key decision-makers and effectively communicate our distinctive value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive multi-channel prospecting strategies, encompassing cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic social media engagement to discover and evaluate potential client prospects.
- Articulate and highlight service offerings, effectively demonstrating how our solutions address specific challenges and deliver tangible value to prospective clients.
- Rigorously evaluate lead quality using established qualification frameworks like BANT to ensure seamless transfer of high-potential opportunities to the sales team.
- Meticulously document and track all sales-related activities, lead interactions, and customer communications within primary customer relationship management platforms.
- Conduct proactive market research to continuously identify emerging target accounts and strategic decision-makers, expanding organizational reach and potential opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new lead sources.
Weekly and Monthly Metrics:
- Weekly: 1,000 emails and 200 calls
- Monthly: Secure 6 BANT-qualified meetings
