Stripe is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Mandarin fluency)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales development and account executives to research target prospects and develop outreach content
  • Engage with leads from marketing campaigns to assess sales readiness, advance qualified opportunities, and schedule meetings with sales teams
  • Carry out outbound sales initiatives designed by marketing teams
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls or by responding to inbound marketing leads
  • Build connections with prospects through targeted questioning to identify needs, assess fit, and prepare for handoff to sales
  • Re-engage with leads who showed interest but were not immediately converted into sales opportunities
  • Manage assigned lead lists efficiently, meeting or surpassing performance benchmarks, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to weekly reporting
  • Share insights and feedback with marketing to refine audience targeting and communication strategies
  • Identify and contact enterprise prospects across the APAC region using multiple tools and outreach techniques

  • For the initial months, you'll join the Sales Development Associate program, structured to fast-track your onboarding and transition into a full SDR role
  • After completing the program, you'll continue your professional development through the Sales Development Academy
  • These training initiatives are backed by senior sales leadership as key investments in employee growth
  • You are expected to work in person three days per week at the Singapore office
