Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and campaign follow-ups to schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team
- Evaluate new leads according to defined qualification standards to determine suitability
- Perform initial research on target accounts to uncover key decision-makers and relevant account details before outreach
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to spot potential business opportunities
- Ensure all contact records and sales interactions are accurately documented in Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to exchange insights, improve strategies, and meet collective revenue goals
