About the Role

This position is responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients across Latin America, initiating conversations that lead to qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to businesses in Latin American markets
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, and social platforms
  • Identify decision-makers and build initial relationships
  • Qualify leads based on company fit and interest level
  • Schedule discovery meetings for account executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM
  • Follow up with prospects using structured sequences
  • Adapt communication style to regional business cultures
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign effectiveness
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to improve targeting
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets
  • Stay informed about product updates and value propositions
  • Participate in team training and performance reviews
  • Use sales tools and technology efficiently
  • Escalate qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members
