This position is responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients across Latin America, initiating conversations that lead to qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to businesses in Latin American markets
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, and social platforms
- Identify decision-makers and build initial relationships
- Qualify leads based on company fit and interest level
- Schedule discovery meetings for account executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects using structured sequences
- Adapt communication style to regional business cultures
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign effectiveness
- Provide feedback on lead quality to improve targeting
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets
- Stay informed about product updates and value propositions
- Participate in team training and performance reviews
- Use sales tools and technology efficiently
- Escalate qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members
