Responsibilities
- Complete an intensive two-week onboarding program designed to build foundational selling skills transferable to future sales positions
- Research and identify promising prospects by analyzing fit with company solutions and tailoring outreach accordingly
- Craft personalized communications to engage potential clients and schedule qualified new business meetings
- Conduct 50 to 100 outbound calls daily, combining phone, email, and social media to reach enterprise prospects
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing efforts while meeting follow-up compliance standards
- Work closely with field sales teams to create effective entry strategies for new accounts
- Maintain awareness of evolving market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry news, especially in cybersecurity
- Develop deep knowledge of product offerings and how they support customer operations and resilience
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Salesloft to track leads and manage sales activities
- Enhance quick thinking and sales technique through pitch contests, training boot camps, and team challenges
