About the Role

We are looking for a driven and receptive Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team focused on the healthcare industry. This position suits an early-career professional who can manage inbound leads, assess prospect fit, and book meetings for senior sales staff. Experience with healthcare services, medical technology, or health tech products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential healthcare clients
  • Evaluate leads according to established guidelines and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Set up meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up promptly with inbound prospects to maintain engagement
  • Understand and clearly communicate the organization’s healthcare-specific value proposition
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates
