Responsibilities
- Create prospect lists and initiate contact via cold calls and emails to gauge interest and qualify leads.
- Use targeted questioning to evaluate customer fit, pinpoint ideal clients, and adjust CRM records accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team, send calendar invitations, and confirm attendance.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries with detailed notes, follow-up actions, sales stage updates, and deal progression to avoid lost leads.
- Implement automated call and email workflows to engage prospects who are not immediately ready to commit.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including call volume, email outreach, qualified leads, appointments set, and conversion rates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
