Requirements
- 1 to 2 or more years of proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Self-motivated individual with a history of meeting and surpassing performance targets.
- Proactive mindset with experience in prospecting, initiating cold calls, managing inbound leads, and a strong drive to succeed.
- Capable of learning quickly, adapting to feedback, and sharing insights across teams.
- Receptive to constructive criticism and able to integrate it into daily activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
- Highly motivated personality with ambition, strong work ethic, natural curiosity, and a focus on achieving sales objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead time effectively and work autonomously while benefiting from coaching.
- Eager to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
- Enthusiastic about innovative technology and able to rapidly grasp new IT software and business-critical solutions.
- Fluent in both German and English.
