Paired was looking for a Sales Development Representative for a Media Agency (Remote)

Paired is looking for an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join our media agency. In this remote role, you will make outbound calls to local businesses, book appointments for our sales team, and gain foundational experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You'll Do

  • Make 40–80 cold calls per day to local businesses.
  • Engage decision-makers and briefly explain the value of our services.
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Keep track of call activity and appointment details using internal tools.
  • Stay motivated to meet daily and weekly outreach targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales and cold calling.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently and follow a structured calling process.
