Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound communications to potential clients through email, phone, and social platforms
  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in the Chinese market
  • Qualify leads based on fit and interest level using defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align on messaging and priorities
  • Adapt communication style to suit local business culture and language preferences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in China
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Participate in training and performance review sessions
  • Use feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Ensure compliance with local data privacy and communication regulations
  • Support the development of localized sales materials when needed
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from Chinese prospects
  • Act as a first point of contact while maintaining professionalism and brand consistency

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer needs
  • Experience in tech or SaaS industries is preferred
