About the Role
The Sales Developer executes commercial strategy in a defined territory and sales channels, reporting to the Head of Sales. The role drives sales volume and gross margin targets, manages customer relationships, coordinates the sales network, and ensures strong market presence and customer engagement through continuous monitoring and insight.
Responsibilities
- Execute the commercial strategy across designated regions and sales channels.
- Partner with the Senior Sales Manager to maintain an effective push and pull sales dynamic.
- Build and manage customer relationships in line with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement plans for customer and regional growth, identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with distributor teams to ensure consistent and balanced market coverage.
- Increase revenue by improving product distribution, sales volume, and product assortment.
- Support expansion into new markets and track competitor actions, providing actionable insights to internal teams.
