Huzzle is connecting talented Sales Development Representatives with full-time, direct-hire roles at leading companies. This role places you into our talent pool for Associate to Senior level positions, where your primary focus will be proactive client engagement and developing the sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and partners via telephone, email, and social media.
- Organize meetings and oversee calendars for sales teams.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-up activities within a CRM system.
- Update and assess the contact database to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand offerings and convey value propositions.
- Track appointment success rates and refine strategies for greater conversion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to engage clients effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, and Outbound Messaging.
- Familiarity with essential sales tools, such as CRMs, Prospecting Tools, and Automation Tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
- Competence in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM systems, Slack, ChatGPT, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
- Capability to operate efficiently in a remote setting with reliable equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sustaining high-quality data.
