Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads, assess their fit, and set up high-value meetings.
  • Conduct regular outbound prospecting activities each week, independent of inbound lead volume.
  • Provide a compelling buyer journey using clear communication, narrative techniques, and exploratory dialogue.
  • Analyze target accounts and buyer profiles to customize messaging for the local language and regional market.
  • Collaborate with the Drive Team to define territory plans, prioritize accounts, and ensure execution alignment.
  • Build a steady flow of opportunities that are confirmed as qualified and transitioned into active sales cycles.
  • Keep precise records of outreach efforts and sales pipeline progress in Salesforce and related engagement platforms.
  • Refine prospecting and qualification approaches over time using feedback, testing, and market intelligence.
