About the Role
The Sales Development Representative will identify and engage potential clients through phone, email, and social platforms, qualifying leads for the sales team while leveraging technical knowledge of cloud services. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers at targeted companies to initiate business conversations
- Create and send personalized written communications across email and social platforms
- Leverage social media and digital tools to research and personalize outreach to prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Understand and articulate technical aspects of cloud infrastructure products and services
- Follow a structured prospecting process while achieving high activity volume
- Work closely with fellow SDRs and Sales Executives to refine outreach strategies
- Meet individual performance targets that contribute to team-wide engagement goals
- Attend industry events worldwide to support brand presence and lead generation
