Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential healthcare clients
- Assess leads against established criteria and direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members
- Coordinate and set up meetings and product demonstrations for sales representatives
- Keep CRM data up to date with accurate records of lead interactions and activities
- Engage promptly with new inbound prospects through timely follow-up communication
- Understand and clearly communicate the organization's value proposition tailored to healthcare clients
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates
