Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a nationwide team of remote SDRs through structured 1:1s, virtual call listens, roleplays, and actionable feedback.
- Drive team accountability through tailored coaching—supporting top reps to maximize their potential while providing clear, structured guidance to help underperforming reps improve.
- Take ownership of our existing SDR profile, playbooks, and cadences—continuously refining and improving outreach strategies to increase conversion rates and efficiency.
- Own the team’s overall pipeline targets, guiding daily execution across phone calls, multi-touch email cadences, and marketing campaign follow-ups.
- Partner directly with Marketing and Sales Executives to align on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), campaign follow-ups, messaging, lead routing, and feedback loops.
- Leverage AI tools, modern CRMs (HubSpot), and sales engagement platforms to optimize prospecting workflows, refine messaging, and increase daily productivity.
- Establish, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demo-booked KPIs.
- Forecast team pipeline contribution and analyze team metrics to identify operational improvements.
- Foster a high-energy, accountable, and connected team culture across a distributed environment, leading by example and hosting daily virtual huddles and power-dials.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct experience managing a team of SDRs/BDRs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach reps across the spectrum—scaling high performers as well as executing structured coaching plans to uplift struggling team members.
- Mandatory background in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, software pipeline generation, and modern tech stacks.
- Proven track record of taking existing sales frameworks and playbooks and optimizing them for higher output and efficiency.
- Based in the US with a dedicated remote home office setup optimized for managing a distributed team.
- Highly proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), sales engagement tools, remote collaboration software, and actively leveraging AI tools in daily workflows to drive speed and output.
- Strong work ethic with a growth mindset—thriving in an early-stage startup environment and eager to continuously iterate on existing processes.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling into dental practices or healthcare environments is strongly preferred (though not required).
