Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads through direct engagement with current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective customers to cultivate relationships that support future sales and customer retention.
- Share customer feedback, sales leads, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support responsive business strategies.
- Create long-term sales strategies for key accounts, tracking performance and adjusting tactics to meet objectives.
- Set annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets and manage personal workflow to ensure achievement.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet their individual performance goals.
- Suggest additional company solutions to clients, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools and data as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of sales-related commitments.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the official record system.
- Carry out additional tasks and contribute to special projects as directed by management.
