Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads through direct engagement with current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and propose suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales agreements to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective customers to cultivate relationships that support future and recurring sales.
- Forward customer feedback, sales opportunities, and competitive intelligence to relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness.
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for major accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to meet performance targets.
- Define annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales objectives and independently manage time and priorities to meet them.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed their individual sales goals.
- Suggest additional company offerings to clients, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of targeted outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and consistently update Salesforce.com as the official record system.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special initiatives as directed.
