Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads by engaging with current and potential clients of strategic value
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services accordingly
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales to meet revenue goals
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective customers to build relationships that drive future and recurring sales
- Share customer insights, sales leads, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for key accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve objectives
- Set annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets and independently organize and prioritize activities to meet them
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them reach their performance goals
- Present clients with additional company offerings, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to strengthen proposals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of targeted deliverables
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the primary system of record
- Carry out additional assigned tasks and contribute to special projects as required
