Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads by engaging both current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable offerings based on their needs.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate terms within approved limits, and finalize sales to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective clients to cultivate relationships that support future and recurring sales.
- Share customer feedback, emerging leads, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to inform strategy.
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for key accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to meet objectives.
- Set and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets, organizing activities to ensure goals are achieved.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed performance goals.
- Introduce clients to additional company solutions, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on client commitments efficiently and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure Salesforce.com records are up to date.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special projects as directed.
