Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads through visits to both existing and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services accordingly.
- Handle advanced customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales to meet revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective clients to build strong relationships that support future sales and customer retention.
- Forward sales leads, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to relevant internal teams to support responsive business strategies.
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for key accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve set objectives.
- Define annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales targets, organizing and prioritizing personal workflow to ensure goal attainment.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed their performance goals.
- Suggest additional company solutions to clients, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver targeted outcomes efficiently and on schedule.
- Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the primary system of record.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and take part in special assignments as directed.
