Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads by engaging both existing and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services accordingly.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and finalize sales agreements to achieve revenue objectives.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective customers to cultivate relationships that support future sales and customer retention.
- Share sales leads, customer insights, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams to support responsive business strategies.
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for major accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to meet performance goals.
- Design and implement annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans while managing personal workload to ensure target achievement.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet or exceed their sales goals.
- Suggest additional company offerings to clients, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver targeted results efficiently and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the primary system of record.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects as directed.
