About the Role
This position is responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for account executives. The associate will use research, cold calling, and email outreach to drive pipeline growth in the Nordic countries.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone and email
- Research target accounts to understand business needs and sustainability goals
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and engagement level
- Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align outreach strategies
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Track daily activities and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends related to corporate sustainability
- Use sales engagement tools to automate and scale outreach
- Adapt messaging based on feedback from prospects and sales team
- Participate in training sessions on product and market developments
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Support market expansion initiatives in the Nordics region
