Responsibilities
- Greet prospective patients through inbound and outbound calls, text messages, live chat, and email to book no-cost consultations, using strong technical skills to manage several software platforms simultaneously.
- Assist current patients by responding to inquiries, forwarding requests to local teams, and directing medical concerns—ranging from routine to urgent—to appropriate clinical staff or on-call surgeons.
- Record patient details and interaction notes with precision in CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
- Follow established protocols for call procedures, eligibility assessment, basic health screening, and all quality compliance standards.
- Serve as the initial point of contact, shaping the patient’s first experience with the organization.
- Build trust with patients, understand their needs, and guide them through decision-making by addressing concerns and resolving hesitations.
- Work closely with leadership, training, and quality assurance teams to remain informed on policy updates and new offerings.

- Training will occur Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
